Well-trained skilled junior employees are one of the most important future investments for KIRCHHOFF Automotive. Training is for us the basis to subsist as competitive industrial site in global competition, today and in the future.

Therefore, we regularly train 90 young people in commercial and technical professions at our sites Attendorn and Iserlohn. So we currently reach a training rate of over 8%.

Steady self-improvement shapes human resource development. As a consequence, manifold opportunities for further education exist in the technical as well as the commercial scope after the dual apprenticeship.

Lot of workdays with filming and cutting paid off: Here you can watch the final videos of the KIRCHHOFF Automotive apprentices' Video-Project. These videos are made independently by the apprentices. The only help they got were three workshops led by a media professional. The apprentices documented the several steps in this process, from the beginning until the final videos, in an own blog (azubiblog.kirchhoff-gruppe.de).
